The main aim of SRBS is the overall development of students. Students are made to work to build their skills, understanding, and thinking power so that they can achieve higher levels. Experiential learning, participative learning and problem solving methodologies are used for enhancing their learning experiences. Teaching through case example, role plays and management games are teaching practices used in SRBS.

SRBS believes that each student is different in terms of learning ability, academic standards and academic performance. Special remedial lectures are conducted to support students who lag behind their counterparts in performance. This helps students to strengthen their confidence and enhance the effectiveness of learning.
