Students and Faculty attended Rushikumar Pandya Memorial Lecture held on Monday, March 27, 2017, at the Jai Hind College auditorium. Mr. Raghav Bahl, Key-speaker addressed the audience on the topic " Media- News in the Digital World" . He is a man of many parts: Founder, Management Guru & Leader, Entrepreneur, Author Editor, et al. | Prof. Dennis S. Tachiki,Graduate School of Business Administration, Tamagawa University, Tokyo spoke to MMS Students on the topic "Total Quality Management (TQM)" on Friday, March 24' 2017 in the B-School Seminar Hall. | SRBS conducted with great fervour the "Marathi Rajbhasha Din" on February 27, 2017, in which Faculty & Students actively participated. | Mr. Yogesh Ingle, Faculty, along-with two Students, Ms. Roshani Ajagekar and Sanjivani Mhatre, recently presented a peer reviewed paper titled ' Awareness of Financial Inclusion- An Indicator of Social Development" at Sree Narayana Guru College, Mumbai,which was duly published. | Mr. Mukesh Kumar, Senior Vice-President, Infiniti Mall, Malad, Mumbai, addressed our MMS Students on the topic " Detailing Retailing" on Saturday, January 21, 2017. The Session was informative and he shared his experiences in Retail. It was followed with a Q&A Session which highlighted the changing scenario and emerging businesses in Retail Management. |

SRBS has been propelled in the list of TOP-20 Emerging B-Schools in India in the " Beyond IIMs B-School Survey 2017" by Higher Education Review.
Ms. Nirmala Mehendale, First Woman President of Bombay Management Association (BMA), spoke to MMS Semester II Students on the topic "DARING GREATLY". On the occasion of International Women's Day, she shared her wealth of experience with aspiring Management Professionals. Her rich understanding of industry practices, coupled with real time experiences and solutions to complex issues, was well received by students.
Her talk focused on daring to reach new frontiers, and excel in the chosen field of endeavor.
Bombay Management Association(BMA) and All India Management Association (AIMA) organized "Shaping Young Minds Programme" on Wednesday, March 1, 2017.
The programme was aimed at helping Management Students & Young Managers find the common link between Management of self, choosing a career path & achieving the right work environment. Sixty one Students of SRBS participated.
The Speakers were:

Dirk Baldwin, Dean, College of Business, Economics & Computing University of Wisconsin-Parkside, visited our B-School on Friday, January 06, 2017.
He was impressed with our B-School’s achievements, ratings & rankings. He spoke to our Masters in Management Studies (MMS) Students on “Impact of Globalization on Business”. He appreciated the professionalism of Faculty and Students of Sheila Raheja School of Business Management & Research (SRBS) and its innovative leadership.
